About The Position

Automat-it is an all-in AWS Premier partner that empowers startups with DevOps and FinOps expertise and hands-on services. We guide and support hundreds of startups leveraging AWS smarter throughout their growth journey. We save our customers significant time to market and optimize their cloud performance and cost-effectiveness.

We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-IT’s positions across EMEA. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

📍 Work location - hybrid from Madrid or London

Responsibilities

Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, and more.
Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapes
Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date
Manage the hiring process of assigned roles end-to-end
Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals
Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms
Work hybrid from the local office

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company
2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as - DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.
2+ years of experience in global recruitment
Experience in recruiting for Sales or Marketing roles
In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
Have a data-driven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies
A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
Experience with “Comeet” ATS - advantage
Experience with Google Workspace - advantage
